Return Policy All online sales are FINAL. Returns are accepted ONLY if there is a quality control issue and customer notifies us immediately (within 7 days). If you have any questions/concerns about this policy, or need to return merchandise, please e-mail Erin@EklectikFunk.com.

Sales Tax (VA Residents Only) All purchases shipped within the state of Virginia will be charged a Sales Tax of 5% ($5 per $100).
Jewelry/Accessory Care All Eklectik Funk accessories are treasures that should be treated with care (especially hand-crafted items). We recommend storing your jewelry in a protected place to keep it clean. Sterling silver and all plated items should be kept in a case, box or pouch to avoid tarnishing. If necessary, gently wipe stones/beads with a moistened cloth to remove dirt, and use a jewelry cleaning cloth or cleaner to polish the metal (sterling & gold-filled only). Most of the hand-knit items are machine washable, but we recommend that they be hand-washed and laid flat to dry :~)
